Try It On Everything
Here are a few tips to get the most out of your EFT procedure. The first tip is to simply try it on everything. For any feeling of discomfort, either emotional discomfort or physical discomfort, try EFT. If you have practiced the stealth procedures, you can use them in public. If you have a “one point wonder” you can use that. Try the procedures for anything that comes up. Regardless of the cause, try it. If you have a strain, a sprain, or a pain of any kind, try it. If you have emotional discomfort, try it. Anxiety, anger, fear, grief, sorrow, feeling down – try it. Any discomfort at all. If you go to bed and you’re thinking about the day’s problems or all the things you have to do tomorrow, tap on that. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had the problem. Tap on anything and everything you can possibly think of that gives you any discomfort whatsoever.
The more you practice it, the more effective it will become and the less you will need it. You will notice that your life is working better in all areas. People will be nicer to you, friendlier to you. Your mate will treat you differently. If you have a weight problem, you might find that the weight just magically starts coming off. You will automatically start eating the right foods. You will feel better no matter what’s going on in your life. You will find that if you tap on anything and everything that comes up, you will simply feel better.
