About the cost of a new driver. You will not spend thousands of dollars and months and months of time.

1. Basic Mental Skills Program $600

Six sessions of personal coaching in person or via telephone. Includes the following:

Six short sessions (about 20 minutes). Must complete the Basic Mental Skills Program first. Save $60 if you pay for both at the same time. Includes the following:

3. Elite Player $180 per hour

Mental Skills Support as needed at $180 per hour plus expenses. Must complete the Basic Mental Skills Program first.

4. Yips Cure $600

Six sessions of personal coaching in person or via telephone to knock out the yips and prevent them from coming back.

5. Yips Prevention $500

Five hours of personal coaching in person or via phone to make yourself yips-proof.

Details

Basic Mental Skills Program $600
  • Assessment and strengthening of motivation.
  • Assessment of mental game skills.
  • Any of the following based on assessment of mental game skills:
  • Attention control on the course - focus on relevant stimuli, pre-shot routine, use of mental imagery.
  • Control of emotions on the course - nervousness, fear, upset with mis-hits, anger, disappointment.
  • Mental imagery - for tournament preparation, pre-shot routine, post-round analysis.
  • Getting yourself out of the way on the course, allowing subconscious processing.
  • Comfort zones - understanding and expanding.
  • Slumps - how to get out.
  • The Zone - maximizing your chances of getting into the zone.
  • Efficient practice to maximize mental skills.
  • Strategy/course management.
  • Physical aspects that affect the mental game - pain control, allergy control, range-of-motion, healing from injury.
  • Neutralizing negative emotional memories that affect current play.
